Scotty’s DetailingA new customer got in touch with us from ILKLEY on Friday of last week, stating a member of their family had been involved in an accident.

Person had a deep laceration to hand but had to drive to hospital as was out in the sticks

Resulting in quite a bit of blood covering the interior.

We are pretty much booked up for rest of year with only a few slots available Nov/Dec, but customer urgently needed this car sorting .

Only available day was Sunday and it was bang in the middle of Storm Boelo 🫨🫨🫨

So not let customer down , we arranged a time and set about getting this vehicle back to as new as we could, whilst been battered by gusts of 65mph , rain n hail

Car came up better, than expected and so happy we could help out

We welcome all honest feedback and this Mercedes belongs to one of our much valued customer.
Who’s on our maintenance scheme..

Been looking after this car for over a year now , initially given the Full Detail Package (factory reset) then bi monthly a food fine detail ensuring everything is reset back to as close as new as we can.

Customer got in touch saying

“ Hiya. Hope all is good with you guys. Bit of feed back from last time, the windows inside when the temperature changes have been really streaky and there was a mark on the passenger chair that was still there after the clean “

Of course we gave this priority, ensuring on next visit (last week ) we will give even more attention.

The previous visit happened to be a very wet day, and car was showing lots of condensation, normal clean of glass followed by heaters on and glass polished as in every visit , but we must of missed the streaks re appearing once car steaming back up, our Bad 😞

Ref the mark on seat , found out to be a scuff in leather that wouldn’t remove even on last visit , advised a leather conditioner to be applied and should hide/remove said scuff 👍🏻

Customer back more than happy and normal service resumed ✅

End of day we are only human and sometimes little things like this may occasionally get overlooked, but please don’t hesitate to bring to our attention

Having your car detailed is a luxury and we want you to feel looked after and be bowled over with the outcome.
