New golf mk8 1.5tsi in for missfire fault codes and running issues a quick diagnosis by our mechanic James revealed severe carbon build up on valves and injectors, better safe than sorry we replaced all 4 injectors with genuine parts along with cleaning the valves to near new condition it’s a must that these engines are maintained properly and good fuel is used along with the occasional additive it will cost you more money in the long run and lean/rich running can lead to premature engine failure!

Okay a little bit of a crazy story, Audi S3 8v in for auxiliary belt replacement due to customer contacting us to say it’s snapped, car was recovered to us and after removing the undertray a RAT fell onto the floor it was clear to see the rat had been caught in the belt as the engine was covered in ”fluids” and guts I have not uploaded the picture of the rat for obvious reasons but after washing the mess off the engine a new belt was fitted and car was sent on its way !!! Another job by Liam 👍🏻

Citroën c3 in for missfire, started by scanning fault codes to which it had missfire cylinder 2 and was running very badly, after checking obvious stuff like switching coil packs around and then onto a quick test of injectors we then ruled out them causes. Next onto a quick compression test revealing 0 compression on cylinder 2 , after stripping down the cylinder head it was clear to see a valve had been chipped (probably due to the amount of carbon build up inside) after replacing valves and new head gasket along with all other seals and a fresh full service car was as good as when it left the factory (now was also a good time to replace the wet belt these engines use) brilliant work from our mechanic Liam.

Brand new genuine Borg Warner turbo fitted to this mk6 gti due to wastegate rattle on the IHI turbo (common issue) new diverter valve and boos control (n75) serviced with original parts and quantum oil from Volkswagen.. intercooler, induction kit and brand new injectors along with sports cat and 3inch system fitted. 🐎 💨 🔥
