Preston Superbike Ltd's showroom is one of the Northwest's Premier motorcycle dealerships supplying top end quality new and used stock sourced from within the UK and also from overseas. The staff is a key part to our success and most of them have been with us for some time now, this is the ideal foundation to build on. We believe that the customers are the most important part of our business and w

ant to retain those customers, so we try our hardest to make the whole process of buying a motorcycle very simple and pleasurable at the same time. We also, with pride; like to resolve any problems that come our way with speed and the utmost efficiency in order to maintain a good relationship with our customers. We do a large percentage of our business over the telephone and don’t actually get to see those customers at times so we have all the necessary means of communication available for you, be it Phone, fax or e-mail. We can set up a deal on the phone; even If you have a part exchange and can have your new bike available for collection or delivery to your home if you wish, usually within the week. This can sometimes be a little longer over the busier periods or if you require delivery but as yet all our customers seem satisfied with the way the process works. Our showroom is open seven days a week on Monday to Friday between 9-6pm, Saturdays 9-5pm and on Sundays 11-4pm. Our sales team will be only too pleased to speak to you and note we never pressurize anyone into buying as the sales team are not paid on a commission structure. This set up is all too common these days and is not the way that we do things here at Preston Superbike Ltd. So please feel free to come on down and have a free beverage and peruse all the lovely new and used motorcycles we have on display.
