Today, we unfortunately received our first ever malicious Google Review.

In around 10 years of trading this is the first time we have encountered anything like it, with hundreds of 5* reviews online.

We don’t advertise, we don’t upsell, we don’t lie. We rely solely on your word of mouth and us doing the best and most honest job we can for you.

Good afternoon everyone

Something we’ve never done is ask any of our customers for a Google review, but I need to post some appreciation to everyone.
We have achieved something incredible after hitting over 200 five star Google reviews and 500 five star reviews across all the platforms online so we want to thank everyone.

Along with your word of mouth, we fully understand and appreciate this often makes the difference for someone out of town or who has never been to us before from passing us by.

S & R have welcomed a new member to the family this morning, so S will be taking a day or two off for paternity 👶

Please bear with us whilst job numbers and response times online and in person will be temporarily reduced to accommodate. Along with the time to undertake the work itself, which is usually pretty darn quick.
