Well she’s here at last 🚁 Miss Jo/Huey509 is at UKAS waiting on her Annual Service. As the guys are really busy at the moment we are not sure when work will start but we will keep you posted on the progress. Fingers crossed for a smooth completion.

Hopefully you have seen the footage of our Huey509 flying through Blackpool Airport recently so we thought we would show you the view from inside 😳🫣
take some wonderful footage and videos of us passing by and make it possible for our passengers to feel the speed of Huey509 in a safe and controlled environment within their airspace.
Our route usually takes us crossing Junction 4 of the M55, over Balham and the B5261 Queensway to runway approach 28 and a climb out at runway 10 over Clifton Drive North toward the beach with a left turn down the front of St Annes to the Lytham windmill.
Occasionally we have to approach at Runway 10 if Blackpool Air Traffic request. If this happens and we are allowed, we do a right turn at the end of runway 28 and back up the outer edge of the airport perimiter towards the coast.
Either way our passenger experience the pull up from Huey509 as we exit the runway which always brings and extra wide grin and the occasional "woooohoooo" which we love to hear 😁😆📣

This is a short clip of the area you will see on your Huey Flight Experience over Lancashire - this footage was taken by a crew member from a front seat position on a trip back from our engineers earlier this year.
Unfortunatley, we are unable to offer our passengers a front seat but all the other seats in our Huey509 have spectacular views. Check out our reviews on Tripadvisor if you need more clarification, you dont have to just take our word for it 🚁😁

Now that our Flying season has finished for 2024 all our suits are washed and hung up and helmets cleaned and put away ready for 2025.
We would like to send a message to our customers, fans, and followers.
A HUGE thank you for all for your support in our 2024 season from everyone here at Huey Base, we could not have done it without you. We have met some amazing and fascinating people this year from all around the UK, Europe, and the United States of America. More on the USA visitor to follow.
