Dr V Dub Servicing and maintenance restoration of classic vehicles I realised that I preferred to be outdoors rather than stuck in an office or on the factor floor.

Established in 2005, my background and qualifications are in mechanical engineering and product design. After finishing my final degree I worked for a brief time as an engineering production manager, while still working on cars in my private time. I started out by converting what was Testament clothing’s storeroom into a usable garage after welding up Brian’s T2. When I was starting out, 'Mig tig

and arc' in Portsmouth helped me out with an opportunity to help out at 'MV Classics' welding a day or two a week where I learnt alot and it also helped pay the bills in the beginning. After seven years at Lawson rd it was time to move to a proper garage with a ramp. I found one just off Malvern rd where I have been ever since and thoroughly enjoy the location and what I do. This is what we do, but I will have a go at anything, just ask and I will see if I can accommodate your needs. Full nut and bolt restorations, part restorations, crash repairs, chassis replacement welding and fabrication services. M.O.Ts

All mechanical and electrical servicing undertaken such as brakes, ball joints, bushes, bearings, wipers, engines, lights etc. Interior upholstery, door cards, carpets, sound deadening, roof linings, stereo & speaker boards, speaker parcel shelves and boxes. Shells stripped and bare metaled, rust treated primed and painted. All restoration work is photographed and a copy supplied to the customer free of charge. Devon pop tops stripped and refurbished as new. Fire extinguisher systems, inverters, split charge systems, lighting alternator conversions, 240v hook-up, propex gas heaters, lighting. Sensible lowering, dropped spindles, long travel ball joints adjustable beam, disc conversions servo assisted brakes, steering racks (splittys)

No cutting corners or bodging will be considered, only sensible advice and honest quality services.

Further update to the giant duck I got one, got a light fitting and now it's in the front window of our house along with miffy 😁 it's usb powered so can go on my bike in the van or just sit in the window 😊
