This is what happens if you run your outboard on old and dirty fuel, this Evinrude came into us with rough running, we stripped the injectors to find a lot of debris in the injector filters, we ultrasonically cleaned them, then rebuilt them ready to be fitted back to the engine.

Yesterday saw us having to dive at our base in Southsea marina, after being instructed by the owner of the vessel that the boat was taking on water, and to heavy to lift on the marinas equipment, we surveyed the engine room to find that their was a significant leak from under the starboard engine bearer. With internal repairs not an option, we devised a plan and carried out an underwater repair.
With the leak temporarily stopped the boat can now be moved and lifted.
