The Role

We're seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor with a strong background in the motor factor or automotive aftermarket industry. You'll play a key role in helping customers find the right parts quickly and accurately while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying and supplying automotive parts to trade and retail customers.
Handling incoming telephone, email, and counter sales enquiries.
Using electronic catalogues and industry systems to source parts efficiently.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge and upselling.
Processing orders accurately and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
Working closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Keeping up to date with product ranges and industry developments.
What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Motor Factor Sales Advisor, or similar role.
✅ Strong automotive parts knowledge.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries.
✅ Confident using parts catalogues and computer systems.
✅ Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven mindset.
