Had a complaint of crunching/grinding when changing from 3rd-4th and 5th-6th gear. Recommend gearbox removed and stripped for inspection. When gearbox removed found the sun to rings to have broken up causing the fault. Quick strip of the shaft and new synchros now good as good! Even replaced the clutch while we were there to prevent further costs

Had this i20 in for a routine service a couple of weeks ago, customer also complaining of a noise when braking. Found rear brakes low so replaced rear pads and discs customer back on there way worry free 👍

Had this i20 in a few weeks ago for a routine oil and filter, customer also complaining of a noise when braking. On inspection found rear brakes low causing squeal replaced rear pads and discs customer now back on there way worry free 👍

Customer complaining of a coolant leak, we actually found 3! Managed to fix 2 on the spot due to replacing the old clips...

Customer complaining of a coolant leak, we actually found 3! Managed to fix 2 on the spot due to replacing the old clips the other required a new hose that we didn’t have to hand so customer has ordered a new genuine hose so once part arrives we will be fitting 👍

Vehicle came in for a routine clutch replacement on further inspection found the input shaft seal was leaking causing the clutch to slip due to contamination. Quick strip of the gearbox and replacement input seal. New 3piece clutch and customer is back on the road worry free

Some previous work a 1988 TVR 350i with oil leak, found the sump was leaking onto gearbox and underside. Removed sump, cleaned and resealed. After extended road test confirmed leak now gone 👍
