Our customer was involved in an accident that wasn’t their fault. As you can see, someone drove into the back of them causing significant damage to the boot and bumper.

We gave our customer the option of a non fault claim, when they understood how simple this process is and decided this was the route for them, they were provided with a like for like courtesy car to set off in until repairs were completed. As easy as that.

Our customer has had a hassle free straightforward experience. No back and forward contact with insurance or the third parties, no stressful emails and letters, whilst into the bargain - keeping their no claims bonus intact with absolutely no cost to them.

This week, we had the pleasure of working on this lovely X5 that needed repairs to the bootlid, rear bumper, and diffuser.

Our customer tried a few different body shops who deemed the damage unrepairable. Even though the damage was quite significant, we managed to restore it to its original condition.

We had this VW Sharan in for the extensive repair of the sliding door and quarter panel this week 🛠️

Our customer tried to find a second-hand replacement for some time, but it was difficult to come by.

Therefore, we proceeded to repair the original, resulting in a remarkable transformation. You wouldn’t believe that any damage had ever existed.

Additionally, the customer chose to have a full valet service, allowing them to collect their car in a completely repaired and pristine condition inside. Another happy customer!
