'Constance of Chichester' is one of the last Barbicans and is the steel centreboard version, offering shoal draft (4ft to 8ft giving better windward performance). She has six berths in double fore cabin, saloon and quarter berth and fitted galley and large heads. Powered by a 27hp Lister diesel engine, epoxied 2024, this comfortable spacious go anywhere yacht is in very good condition throughout and has been constantly maintained by her current owners.
