IMMEDIATE START GREAT RATES OF PAY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES

We are looking for minimum of 2 fully qualified Fleet Technician’s with at least 3 years experience to join our team at our busy Fleet Asset SMR Facility in Poole Dorset.

The successful candidate will be fully fluent in all mechanical aspects of the motor trade with great diagnostic skill levels and be able to tackle any job that comes in without fuss.

You will need the following to apply

: Clean driving licence (Preferably no more than 3 penalty points for minor offences) ✅

: Own tools ✅

: Puntual and presentable ✅

: Hard working ✅

: Able to work to tight deadlines ✅

: Fully qualified with proof available ✅

: Fully caperble of all levels of diagnostic and fault finding ✅

: Have good knowledge of modern assets commercials a plus ✅

: Flexible working attitude ✅

: Able to work to book times and be efficient working at speed while maintaining high levels of quality workmanship ✅

: References availible ✅

: Able to work with a trainees and train them also ✅

: Able to work alone ✅

: Must be someone who prides themselves on great workmanship ✅

: Ablity to speak to and deal with clients ✅

: Looking for long term career progression ✅

: Must be very flexible ✅

Working hours are Monday to Friday with no weekends!! 09:00 until 17:00hrs with a 30 Minute lunch break and other breaks are as and when.

The right candidate will be working towards a garage management role for the future so you will need to be proactive and have a mind for business and be able to work with the businesses success and your own success behind all that you do. Or be wanting to learn SMR management on a corporate level.
