This dpf was impacted with soot not ash, mainly due to a failing air flow meter on the car preventing proper regeneration, this resulted in the car stopping dead, because of this an on the car clean was not possible, so we took the dpf off and put it through our industrial cleaner, instantly unblocking, then thoroughly cleaning the dpf over the next 30 minutes!

Heres another video from pat over at pats garage in america driving his bmw i8 on our inhouse home grown tune, in this episode he tries to find an advantage for race fuel over premium octane pump fuel, thanks to pat at pats garage for the comparison data, this tune wasnt for sale but due to our inbox melting with requests from around the world we decided to start offering it as a service, pat runs a slightly milder version of our map called "pats map" all of which are available to try on our personal flashing device :)

Our map makes the i8 a solid sub 4 second 0-60 car, in this test he pulled 1 full g of g force under acceleration, in the second video he pulls 1.2g! Just from changing to second,

Just a quick notice to all our customers, we are open during the corona virus outbreak and encourage you to make use of our mobile service and not visit us, as per government guidelines we are available to help anyone who needs us as your vehicle is considered essential.

!!!We will be prioritising any rapid responder or nhs vehicle immediately so please be understanding at this time!!!

As such we have had to change the way we do things and have implemented the following changes to our visits:

1. Customers must not approach our engineers whilst they work.
2. Masks and gloves are worn at all times
3. Keys must be passed through the letterbox or window or where possible left in a safe place to avoid direct contact in all cases.

We have taken these steps to ensure the safety of our engineers, you the public, and nhs workers as these vehicles must be functional throughout this crisis.
We also cannot afford to contaminate them at this crucial time, the nhs must be prioritised and as such we ask people to be understanding to the slightly unorthadox way we will be doing things.
