Reflow DPF

Just had a Renault Master in for a DPF clean. It needed it! Smoke was pouring out. Still not bad for 144 thousand miles on an original DPF.

When received:
Pressures: Idle - 19 mbar / - 183 mbar - Soot content: 33g
After clean:
Pressures: Idle - 11 mbar / - 71 mbar - Soot content: 11.8g

Do you have a high idle? 9 times out of 10 this is the car trying to DPF Regen. Get booked in to get your vehicle checked and back to health. Restore that MPG now that fuel prices are rising.

We don't just clean the DPF. Here we fix known faults so that the engine check light stays off. The Pictures show a Mazda cx5 typical map sensor before and after. On these engines it is also necessary to clear out the turbo pressure sensor passage as it gets blocked.

Having performed a code read and DPF clean on a Mercedes. We discovered a few minor fault codes to bring to the customers attention. As outlined you can see there is now 0 bar pressure and the DPF is flowing freely, one happy informed customer!
