The Driver's primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and delivering customer's vehicles.
- Dealing with handover documentation with the customer.
- Collecting parts and materials.

The desired Driver will have:
- The ability to plan and schedule collection and deliveries.
- Good and friendly customer service skills.
- A driving license that covers 7.5t vehicles would be helpful but not necessary.

The Apprentice Painter's primary aims will be to learn how to:
- Prepare vehicles to be sprayed
- Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
- Spray paint vehicles
- Machine polish for a perfect finish
- Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects
- Monitor stock levels
- Maintain a clean oven and painting environment

The desired Apprentice Painter will have:
- Good Communication skills
- Good ability to work with others

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Painter to join our busy, independent, BSI and manufacturer approved accident repair centre.

The Painter's primary responsibilities will include:

- Preparing vehicles to be sprayed
- Mixing paint to ensure a perfect match
- Spray painting vehicles

- Quality checking on completion ensuring there are no defects
- Monitoring stock levels
- Maintaining a clean oven and painting environment

The desired Painter will have:

- The ability to produce a high quality of paint spraying from start to finish.
- Previous Experience as a paint sprayer
- Good Communication skills
- Good ability to work with others

Pay will be highly competitive depending on ability and experience. There will also be plenty of opportunity for overtime at increased rates of pay.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus overtime.

We are currently looking for a VDA with experience to join our busy, independent, BSI and manufacturer approved accident repair centre.

The VDA's primary responsibilities will include:

- Estimating damaged vehicles on site and at mobile locations.
- Using Audatex, vehicle manufacturer and Thatcham Methods in the production of an estimate report that can then be sent to owners and insurance companies for authority.
- Ordering new parts authorised.
- Assisting the team where necessary to help them carry out their roles in line with the estimate produced and BSI and vehicle manufacturer standards.
- Discussing and explaining the repairs being carried out with customers upon their request.
- Discussing claim and damage related issues with insurance companies.
- Updating an estimate and corresponding tasks as further damage or issues are found.
- Ensuring final invoice accuracy to the work that has been carried out and parts purchased.

The desired VDA will have:

- Proven experience and knowledge in the automotive repair industry.
- Significant experience of using Audatex and Thatcham Methods.
- Experience of dealing with insurance companies and their engineers.
- Good customer service skills.
- A full driving licence.

Pay will be highly competitive plus overtime depending on ability and experience.
