So that’s Paul all delivered to be built into the bionic man !
I’m view of the recent behaviour of some customers, sadly this is something that needs to be said to protect our staff going forward ………
🔧 Paul works way in excess of 70hrs a week every single week. Whilst he is off for the next few weeks, there is no way that Lance, James & Mitch will be expected nor should ever have to be working anywhere near that amount of hours to fill in for Paul.
🚗 The workshop capacity will be adjusted accordingly but just for this relatively short period of time, there may be an extended wait for an appointment. We are very sorry for this but there is no alternative.
💙 What we absolutely will not tolerate is the torrent of verbal abuse & unrealistic expectation that is becoming more common recently because customers feel that Paul & the guys are not working fast enough or that their job should be prioritised over another pre booked one because they let their MOT run out last month etc etc ….
We are eternally grateful to all our customers trusting our family owned & run business but nobody is superhuman (except maybe Paul once he’s full of titanium !) .
If you want a really fast, shoddy, un guaranteed repair then we’re not your garage. If you want exceptional workmanship by dedicated talented professional mechanics then form an orderly queue but please be polite & courteous to our staff. Kindness costs nothing but seems to be in very short supply over the last few months 😞
Please call the garage on 01752 220336 rather than Facebook message and if the guys have said they will contact you when your car is done they absolutely will do that : if you continue to call them 53 times to ask if it’s done yet , they can’t get on & fix it !!
