This job has been ongoing for 3 years.
Weve done 2 entrances to this property.
This is the very extravagant main entrance, complete with 2 huge stone dogs.
Salvaged gates which look great in their grey finish. Just so nice not to see black with gold arrow heads.... yeuch!!
NICE L-fab underground motors. Door entry repurposed from the old entrance onto customer supplied post.....
Linked in with 4 mega pixel night vision CCTV camera system.

These 2 pairs of ornamental gates were a challenge.
Along the way weve had to go out and match the handrail, which we subsequently hunted down in America. Then to be told by the american factory that it was a long discontinued product. Advised to go to the UK distributor in Wales. They were brilliant, however the only stock left was in black and they only had just enough for this project. No waste!
Ive had to learn to do basic spray painting to get them from black to white
Let down by our stainless fabricator we had to delay and go find another.
So a 6 week project has been a 6 month one.
We got there!!!

Monarch House.
This is one of our hardest working installations.
It is very reliable however it does need maintenance. We service it twice a year, but parts wear out due to the high useage, sea air etc.
Today we have had to replace the bottom bearing as you can see how worn the main spigot has got in our picture.
We made the bottom plate bolt on so we can remove it easily to cut off and weld on a new spigot
The pedestrian gate needed a new electric lock as the original was 20 plus years old and was failing.
Also the main eye bolts were worm causing the gate to drop

5am Bailiff assist to gain access for Trading Standards to serve an enforcement notice.
We had to access the front shutter and allow the Locksmith access and the Enforcement Bailiff to do his job
Once inside we had to disable any access from the rear of the shop and organise a way to operate the front shutter for the landlord not the outgoing tenant.
We secured the premises and left it safe.

Recent repairs to keep a worn out roller door going until it is replaced.
Its in Richmond and the garage is communal and cannot be left un secure.
Ive suggested a sectional door.
You cannot use domestic roller doors for this type of install. They wont last long
