By uniting under Northgate Mobility, we’re bringing together our trusted insurance claims expertise with even greater scale, fleet capability and mobility solutions. While our name is changing, what makes us who we are isn’t and we remain committed to delivering exceptional service, keeping motorists moving and supporting our partners every step of the way.

A huge thank you to Feeding Families for inviting us to be part of their Women Who Rise 2026 event. It was an honour to attend and sponsor a table alongside so many other fantastic organisations and individuals.

We are delighted to share that our Maggie's Centres Fundraising Day raised an incredible £1,030!🥳🙌

Through a variety of fundraising activities, including a bake sale, tombola, raffle, orange ribbon sales and a "Guess the Name of the Dog" competition, our colleagues came together to support the fantastic work of Maggie’s.

Maggie’s provides invaluable emotional, practical and social support to people living with cancer, as well as their families and loved ones, helping them navigate everything from treatment and anxiety to financial concerns and recovery.

A huge thank you to everyone in our team who donated prizes, baked treats, made purchases and took part throughout the day. Your generosity and enthusiasm made this fundraising effort such a success.

And we're not stopping there! Our colleagues are continuing to support Maggie’s by taking part in our June Step Challenge. Together, we hope to raise even more awareness of the vital work they do.👣🏃

As we begin our transition to Northgate Insurance Services and bring our teams together under Northgate Mobility, we recently hosted ‘Customer First’ Roadshows in Peterlee, continuing the strong momentum this initiative has already built across Northgate Vehicle Hire, Northgate Highways and Northgate Temperature Controlled.

Led by our Northgate colleagues Hayley and Donna, the sessions brought to life our Customer First ethos and newly combined Customer Charter, which is grounded in the following five commitments:

Last week, we came together to mark Mental Health Awareness Week - an important reminder that looking after our mental health is just as important as our physical health, and that no one should ever feel they have to struggle alone. 💚

Throughout the week, our colleagues in Peterlee showed their support by wearing green, taking part in our raffle, and joining drop-in sessions hosted by the wonderful Laura's Ladies Club Seaham, who spoke with colleagues about the fantastic work they do to support women’s mental health and provide a safe, welcoming community for those who may be struggling.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity we raised an incredible £284.16, which will go directly towards Laura’s Ladies Club and Mental Health Foundation.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, and to Laura’s Ladies Club for visiting us and helping raise awareness on the importance of looking out for one another. ✨🤝

Yesterday, two of our Colleague Forum representatives attended the Workplace Health Celebration Event hosted by Better Health at Work Award County Durham to collect our Bronze Award, recognising our commitment to colleague wellbeing. 🎉 🏆

Even more excitingly, we also took home the Innovation Award for our alcohol awareness campaign, which championed alcohol-free alternatives.

This marks an important milestone in our wellbeing journey. We’ve taken a more creative, people-first approach to supporting mental and physical wellbeing, focusing on initiatives that genuinely make a difference.

These awards belong to all our colleagues who have embraced new ideas and helped build a culture where wellbeing is prioritised every day.

We’re only just getting started, and we’re excited for what’s next!
