How cool are UP GTI’s?!

This one was in this morning for stage 1 performance software, taking advantage of the Revo sale while it is still on!

With gains of up to 32PS and 60NM this is great fun!

Who doesn’t like Tic Tacs?

Orange Focus “RS” in for all too common now Revoknuckle rebuilds with new upper and lower bearings, along with rear brake pads.

Green Focus RS in for its post running in oil and filter change and inspection after we recently rebuilt its engine with forged internals!

Yes we are still here and we are always busy! Just don’t post as often as we maybe should!

One of the last collections of the year is Ian’s Focus ST!
172k on the clock, running an RS turbo along with many other goodies it finally decided to crack a liner even though it was block modded many years ago!

So he opted at this point to just jump in head first….

Wossner pistons and rods.
Newman Cams ph1 cams.
Quaife Engineering limited slip diff.
AIRTEC Motorsport RS style intake kit.
RS oil cooler.
New Genuine Ford RS clutch kit.

There was no messing about, linered block with forged internals, fully refreshed head with new valve stem seals and relapped valves, all valve clearances reset with the Newman cams.
Built up with all genuine Ford and Volvo parts.
Genuine Ford RS oil cooler.

Next up was a Quaife diff with Timken bearings.
And finally the new Airtec RS style intake kit!

In Ian’s words he ALWAYS gives the car a hard time and will continue to do so! And yes, side exit exhausts sound the best 🤣

Future plans are back next year for a move up to RS sensors and software…
