From Start to Finish 🔧

We took this 2016 Vauxhall Astra in with an air conditioning fault.

After carrying out diagnostics we found a leak from the vehicles air conditioning evaporator.

We sourced genuine Vauxhall parts and made a start on stripping the vehicle to remove the evaporator which is buried deep behind the vehicles dash and not accessible from the engine bay.

Our technician has spent many hours carefully removing many components and then rebuilding. We have then refilled the refrigerant and the vehicles air conditioning is now operating as it should ❄️🥶

2017 Ford Fiesta in the workshop today.
Customer reported loss of gear selection when operating the clutch.

Upon removal of the gearbox and clutch we found a broken spring on the old clutch plate.

New clutch fitted and vehicles now back on the road.
