Another powershift DCT450 this week. This one was particularly bad as it cooked the frictions as well. These gearboxes are really the gift that keeps on giving.

New contender for clutch of the week! Came into us having no drive! These, like the VW Crafters, are prone to internal differential wear of the spider gears, ultimately causing a loss of drive. Unfortunately, despite the customer wanting to reuse the old clutch, upon inspection we found our winner!

Current winner for best/worst clutch goes to this Nissan Juke! Came in with no drive and no clutch pedal at all. Condition of slave cylinder proving just how much the owner had got his money's worth out of that set!
