It's not often many products grab our attention, but the cosworth transmission line has been screaming out for something like this for a while.

One piece billet propshaft coupling with an upgraded rubber drive. Available through Matthew Venn and a worthwhile upgrade from your old rubber ones and very easy to fit. Currently holding up very nicely behind 600 scs ponies and a 6 speed sequential gearbox 💥

A little insight to some of the development that goes into extracting big bhp from a yb.

As usual fantastic work from Smith and Jones engineering getting together a bomb proof package. Were excited to pull the lever on this one!

Its not just YBs we do here. This is a 964 carrera s 3.6L twin spark engine, with a single turbo conversion and GT2 spec internals.
We have had the pleasure of converting the management system from a dated motec to an upto date Life Racing F88 RSL.
Fitted with twin knock control, NTK wide band lambda, converted to twin 6 cylinder coil pack from the original distributor setup and idle speed for some all round usability on the road.
It should make for a huge change!

We capped the boost at 1Bar maximum as its running original head studs and we want longevity - it pulled 480bhp and 470lbft 🔥

Millington diamond series turbo!
500bhp was the goal with as much low rpm response as possible.
We choose to go with a slightly shorter exhaust cam and a higher compression ratio than normal and coupled it with garrets latest g25 550 turbo.
With over 400lbft and 30psi at 3000rpm static loaded on our superflo 902 dyno we were impressed!

Transiently we still have full boost at 3350rpm and holding 500bhp past 7000rpm this should be lovely in a Ford mk2 es**rt!

Couple this lovely package with life racing F88r and its phenomenal capabilities this will be just epic.

Note the boost and torque capped as to break the Millington block!
