Today i had the pleasure of servicing Kev’s lovely Range Rover Sport taking full advantage of the FREE engine flush treatment offer i have going on.

All the filters, fresh oil, and a nice green tick ✅

But hold up, why was there one reasonably looking air filter and one really dirty? Oh i know, whoever serviced it last only had half a brain to realise this is a twin turbo and has two air filters, they only replaced one 😂.

Im so bored of running a legit, honest, and friendly business when i receive s**t like this.

Every day i come in and with a smile on my face regardless of anything, i shake hands, im polite, i give the upmost honest service and i would rather my reputation over money all day every day.

My reviews surely reflect that.

But there’s always that mysterious as***le somewhere in the world that doesn’t like seeing a good man do honest business. Whether it be jealousy, their own miserable position in life or just for fun to harm another guys hard work.

9 years of working my ass off to build the reputation i have and these people get away with this s**t. Sure ive reported it to google which will likely be removed in due course but it goes beside the point that they can w***y nilly do this to someone. No evidence, no profile, most common name you can pick from the book.

Obviously to clarify, this situation this ‘thing’ is claiming, is totally fabricated and made up. Nobody has been quoted, charged or had anything taken from them, let alone any sort of conflict or disagreement.

Yawn.

In and out in less than two hours. Repaired and repainted in the booth, paint mixed in house, flat and polished to perfection (shame about the rain) but look at that reflection

Dont get me wrong, i LOVE being busy, and im blessed to hell that i have such a demand.

But there comes a time where i have to say damn this is really starting to hurt me 😅

Phone calls at 9-10pm asking how to change a tyre on the roadside when im tucked up in bed

Phone calls at 6am asking when im opening (my opening hours are on google)

4-5 calls from the same number throughout the day, no message, just missed calls.

People calling me and when i dont answer they feel the need to turn up, ask me about a price to paint something but the thing they want me to paint is at home. Like, what use is that?

Ive always made myself available at all hours for people, im responsive and i have advice to hand for anyone and everyone.

But come on guys, please, just leave me a message and let me get back to you, ill happily respond to everyone as and when i can, but the more im pestered, the less time i have to give you the concentration you need from me. Im a one man business with one pair of hands.

Engine Bay Steam Cleaning 🛁

Everybody loves when ive done an extensive job i tend to clean up after myself. Some people have asked why, and so ill tell you.

Have you ever put your car into a garage to fix a leak whether it be coolant, engine oil, powersteering oil etc, and they dont clean up after themselves, how will you ever know its been fixed?

I like to put my ‘seal of approval’ on my work by hot steam cleaning the entire engine bay, so that i can prove my workmanship has solved the issues. Nobody likes to see or work on dirty engines. But when my customer does return for more work, i know ive been there last, because its clean 😉
