Recent Ford Custom Break‑In Repair

One of our customers recently had their Ford Custom broken into. Instead of buying a brand‑new door and dealing with bodyshop costs or insurance headaches, he asked us to take a look.

We reshaped the damaged area, rust‑proofed it, and fitted a clean cover plate — and it turned out far better than expected.

We fitted an 18mm false floor with upstand supports, then crafted a custom 3‑tier scribed plywood shelving unit, bracketed neatly into the van.
