Could say the bbq season came early for this one 😏😏.

Alternator changed and system checked.

Out the door and on the road.

Twin pump seal on a 2006 Skoda fabia diesel.

Oil leaking down the front of the engine. Not any more.

Swirl flaps slightly worn on this one.

New flaps with rails and seals installed and a repair on a coolant pipe too.

When carrying out procedures such as forced regeneration of a DPF. It’s always worth watching the information.

Easily a fire hazard at these temperatures so to keep checking is a must.

Another part replaced. Customer had fit a universal sensor a while back, subsequently it failed.
New sensor fitted and regen carried out to clear the blocked exhaust.
Vehicle all good again.

Brake springs fitted wrong will cause brake wear and performance issues

A nice simple fix.

This was a good sound. First start of a replacement engine.

Although it was only ram for a few seconds it running so well meant I could crack on getting it fully built up.
