📢 TO CLARIFY — WE ARE OPEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Following our recent post regarding the change to our office support hours, we would like to clarify that Westlake Plough & Agri Parts remains OPEN and operating Monday to Friday.

We are NOT closed on Thursdays or Fridays.

The only change is that our on-site office support is available Monday–Wednesday, 8am–4pm.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY

Business continues as normal. For parts, sales, collections and general enquiries, please contact Mark directly on 07850 335991 by phone or WhatsApp.

Emails will continue to be monitored and responded to, and our website remains open 24/7 for orders.

To reiterate: only our on-site office support hours have changed. The business has NOT reduced its operating days and all other operations remain unchanged.

Our original post has now been removed as, despite stating that the business remained open throughout the week, it has clearly caused some confusion regarding our Thursday and Friday operations.

We hope this clarifies the arrangements going forward. Thank you.

📢 A LITTLE NOTE FROM THE WESTLAKE TEAM

It’s that time of year again and we are currently extremely busy with orders, parts enquiries and technical requests.

We completely understand that when you need a part, you usually need it yesterday! We will always do our very best to help as quickly as we can, but we’d like to ask for a little patience during our busiest periods.

Westlake is a small, specialist business – not a large fulfilment operation. Many of the enquiries we receive aren't simply a case of picking something off a shelf. They can involve identifying older or unusual parts, checking compatibility, researching alternatives and sometimes finding a bespoke solution to keep your machinery working.

Mark personally receives dozens of calls, messages and WhatsApps every day, alongside the day-to-day running of the business. While he will always respond as soon as he can, it simply isn't possible to answer every enquiry immediately.

🔧 What we can promise is that we haven't forgotten about you.

If your enquiry needs some investigation, please allow us the time to do it properly. We would much rather give you the right answer and the right part than rush a response just for the sake of being quick.

We genuinely appreciate every order and enquiry we receive, and we're incredibly grateful for your continued business, patience and understanding during the busy season.
