🚗A fantastic opportunity has arisen at house of colour, we are looking to recruit an apprentice Paint and Body Technician to join our friendly, small family run business.🚗

Responsibilities
• Assist experienced technicians in repairing vehicle body panels using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair techniques, whilst receiving on the job training
• Learn to assess vehicle damage accurately and prepare surfaces for repairs or refinishing.
• Support the removal and reinstallation of damaged panels, bumpers, doors, and other components.
• Participate in vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance during repairs.
• Gain exposure to auto restoration processes, including sanding, filling, priming, painting, and finishing vehicles to restore their original appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills Required
• Good communication skills
• A mature attitude
• Punctual, Reliable
• Able to use own initiative.
• Practically minded with a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving
• An enthusiasm to learn with ambition and the desire to succeed.
• A Keen interest in cars and the general motor vehicle industry.
• Self-motivated, with drive and passion
• The ability to work well as team and independently.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
