We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy and professional team!

🔧 About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in delivering excellent customer service and keeping communication between customers and our workshop team running smoothly.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner
• Manage service and repair bookings by phone, email and in person
• Prepare quotations and estimates and obtain customer approval
• Handle invoicing and process customer payments
• Liaise with technicians to keep customers updated
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage

👥 What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• A professional, reliable and positive attitude
• Someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
• Previous automotive or Service Advisor experience is welcome, but not essential
