🚐🔧 When racking goes wrong…
This Mercedes Sprinter came in carrying specialist hydraulic equipment. The van needs to be productive every single day, but the moment we opened the doors, we knew there was a problem.

The racking had been moved from another vehicle and “adapted” to fit. Those changes had weakened it. The bench was sagging under the weight of the hydraulic swager, parts had broken away, and someone had strapped it together to stop it falling over.
Not safe. Not acceptable.

What we did:
✅ Stripped and repaired the drawers
✅ Rebuilt weakened sections with proper structural support
✅ Added new bracketry and reinforcement
✅ Lifted the sag and locked everything in properly
The result?

A safe, solid racking system with years of service left — without spending tens of thousands on a complete replacement.

Repairing and refreshing good kit saves money, reduces waste, and keeps essential fleets working safely.
Always happy when a job ends with a stronger, safer van back on the road. 💪

When a London-based Electrical company asked if we could transform their fleet of Transit Connects, we were excited to work with them. 👌🏻🇬🇧

60-second review of our latest masterpiece. 😎.

Our customer needed a flexible space in his new ID Buzz, and he had already invested £100s in a pack-out system. So there was no point in us selling him a racking system.

We added some load-securing points and a bulkhead mounted peg board to help him maximise the space while keeping his tools and equipment secure.

Now, he has a van that he can use for work and play. 👌🏻

We added a split floor system so the customer could carry his ladders or sheet material underneath. A great use of space making this heating engineer super productive. 🔥 🚀
