Range rover evoque

This vehicle had suffered premature turbo failure due to lack of maintenance.
We supplied and installed a new turbo with gaskets and oil feed pipe.
We also carried out a engine oil flush, new oil and filter along with air filter and dpf chemical clean.

We can't stress enough how important it is to get your vehicle serviced properly and regularly doing this will help reduce the risk of major repair bills.

We don't do fix price servicing the reason behind this is we dont believe in buying the most popular grade of cheap oil then appling that to every vehicle. Yes that would allow maximum profitability with the ability to lure in custom with low cost service deals but thats not how we operate. All our services are specific to the vehicle. The reason behind this is there is so many different engine oil grades available now which is due to engine design and emissions systems. Some engines use a wet belt design using incorrect oil will lead to deterioration of the belt and vehicles fitted with a DPF will have a reduced lifespan of the filter due to Ash content with in the oil.

Audi R8

The complaint with this vehicle was the fuel guage had stopped working all of a sudden.
On these vehicles there is 4 sensors that monitor fuel level. Based on the information we had from our diagnostic equipment and access to manufacturers specific wiring diagrams, we concluded that the fault was a wiring issue to the passengers side sender unit.
Once access was gained, the fault was  revealed the wiring had suffered rodent damage.
Wiring repaired and the vehicle reassembled,  ready for customer collection.

Ford Transit Connect

Vehicle was recovered to us for our diagnostic assessment. The customer complaint was the engine would crank but won't start.
After completing our diagnostic process we confirmed that the ECU had failed due to overcharging, a new ECU including programming would have been an uneconomical repair and this would have led to the vehicle been scraped.
Charging issue was rectified and a good used replacement ECU was sourced. We then cloned the software from the damaged unit and flashed into the replacement ECU. The vehicle is now back up and running!

Diagnostic assessment revealed an internal failure of the central electrics module.

New module sourced direct from skoda all necessary online programming is done in house as we provide full dealer diagnostic coverage on VAG vehicles.

Mercedes SLK

Drivers electric window not functioning and fault with central locking.

Diagnostic assessment found fault with door control module. New module sourced from mercedes and all necessary online coding completed.

This owner was recommended to us after having a new diesel additive tank fitted elsewhere. The problem the garage had was they could not clear the faults after the replacement of the tank, so that made them doubt there diagnosis.

We confirmed that the diagnosis was correct.
The problem was this part required online configuration. This is not something that can be done on these new PSA vehicles using aftermarket diagnostic equipment and would normally require a trip to the dealer for the issue to be resolved.

Fortunately we have full dealer diagnostic equipment to allow us to download the configuration then program the replacement tank to the vehicle as well as carrying out the necessary bleeding procedure all done in house.

Ford Transit

Sent to us from one of our trade customers.
This ECU had suffered water ingress causing damage to one of the injector drivers.
With the correct tools and knowledge we were able to clone the software from the failed unit into a good used ECU.

Vw Golf

This vehicle was presented with an engine management light on.
Diagnostic assessment complete, we discovered coolant ingress in the thermostat housing connector due to a leaking housing. We also found the coolant bypass valve required replacement due to an internal open circuit.

All genuine VW parts with 2 year warranty supplied & installed following manufacturers guidelines.
