Another welding job done. Had an Alfa in for welding repairs this week, it failed the mot elsewhere and was welded by another local firm (that I won’t slate on here) and failed the mot again due to inadequate repair. The first few pictures are of the old repair left by the other firm and you can clearly see it’s not even attached, it actually pealed off with a screw driver. The small hole to the left was apparently caused by accident by the welder when they dropped the jack, but they didn’t offer to repair it. I’m hoping the customer gets his money back for the bad job. The other pictures are the progression of the job from start to finish, old plate removed, area prepped properly and new plates made. The small hole made turned into a large repair because it was unfortunately full of filler from a previous repair years ago. Anyway it’s another job done and another happy customer 😊

Massive welding job on a VW Golf 1997 in coming. I will post the start, during and finish pictures once it’s done, rust work to an extreme level. One of our customers has a lot of sentimental value in this car and we will do our best to keep it on the road. Keep an eye out on the next post

Sorry for the lack of recent Facebook activity. Very difficult to work flat out and have enough time to take pictures of some of the day to day jobs we do. I will try my best to keep this page updated. Anyway More welding. Some recent rust work on an Isuzu. Just some pictures from start to finish and some during the job so not completely finished in the pictures. All rust cut out, fresh plate made, sealed and sprayed ready for the next step
