Well congratulations Tom on your 1st time pass!! My very last pupil to take their driving test and means I retire on a high!!

I'd like to thank everyone who trusted in me to help them learn to drive over the years, it's been a blast - a bit scary at times, but the thrill of a driving test pass surpasses any down sides to this job.

Let's keep each other safe on our roads. Before moving off you should:

🚗 use all mirrors to check the road is clear

👀 look round to check the blind spots

🚘 signal if necessary before moving out

🧐 look round for a final check

🦺 Move off only when it is safe to do so.
