Assalamu Alaykum everyone,

For 98 years, the first Masjid in our village, Horinogor, Nabiganj, Bangladesh, has stood at the heart of the community. πŸ•Œ

My dad, grandparents and generations before them have walked through its doors and stood together in Salah.

Now, after almost a century, the time has come to rebuild it. 🀲

Alhamdulillah, I've decided to personally get involved and, Insha'Allah, I'll be sharing the journey from where we are today right through to the completion of the new Masjid.

The Prophet ο·Ί said:

β€œWhoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.”
Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim

We're only at the beginning. I'll share the progress, plans, fundraising and how anyone who wishes to contribute can get involved.
