🎉 PART 3 – FIRST TIME PASS! 🎉

A massive congratulations to Joe, who has successfully passed his ADI Part 3 on his FIRST attempt! 🚗👏

Joe came to AJM Driver & Instructor Training for his 40 hours of in-car training, preparing him to start working as a PDI and put his newly developed teaching and coaching skills into practice with real pupils.

But the training didn’t stop there…

I also worked with Joe throughout his PDI journey, providing his additional 20 hours of training and helping him continue developing his skills, confidence and ability to deliver effective, client-centred driving lessons.

And all that hard work has paid off…

*** SCAM ALERT ***

Good morning all, over the weekend I have been made aware of a website that seems to be scamming potential students now they are no longer able to make money from reselling driving tests by charging them a fee to find a driving instructor.

Once this fee has been paid then all communication from the company stops and could leave the student thinking that the Approved Driving Instructor is at fault for the no contact.

I have looked at it for local instructors and have seen people listed that I know for a fact are no longer teaching or have retired.

PLEASE , don't make use of a service like this use the link below for the gov.uk website (link in comments), ask for recommendations from friends and family, or ask on local groups.

PLEASE, don't pay for such a service.

🎉🚗 ADI PART 3 PASS SUCCESS! 🚗🎉

A massive congratulations to Michelle on passing her ADI Part 3 Test at Chadderton and becoming a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor! 👏

Michelle came to me after a previous unsuccessful attempt, and over the last 8 weeks we’ve worked hard together to develop her coaching skills, strengthen her understanding of Client-Centred Learning (CCL) and build the confidence needed to deliver high-quality, learner-focused lessons.

Today all that hard work paid off! 💪

Passing the ADI Part 3 isn’t about being able to drive well – it’s about demonstrating the ability to coach, develop and inspire learners while maintaining the highest standards of road safety. Michelle embraced the process, took on board feedback, and showed real determination throughout her training.
