They’re here for the care, honesty and ownership that comes with it. 💎

We’ve already spotted a few little things on this vehicle that need addressing.

Things the customer didn’t necessarily book us for… but things we’re not going to ignore.

We’ll look after it, get those bits sorted and bring this one up to the standard it deserves.

Soon, this will be every bit as immaculate as the customer’s other vehicle we’ve looked after. 😎💎

Because to us, looking after your vehicle means actually looking after it.

Sometimes, it’s the things our customers don’t even notice that we’re most proud of. 💎

A little mark that shouldn’t be there.
A nasty spot on a seat.
Sticker residue left on a window.
A piece of trim that’s popped out of place.

They might never know we sorted it.

But we know.

And if we see something that isn’t right, we struggle to just leave it there. 😅

For us, the pleasure is handing the vehicle back knowing we’ve taken care of the little things as well as the obvious ones.

It’s not about being asked to do it.

It’s about taking ownership of what’s in our care.

This beautiful camper is now fresh, protected and ready for its next adventure. 😎💎

But the important bit isn’t just how good it looks today...

That protection means dirt, road grime, bugs and all the other nastiness from travelling won’t cling to the bodywork as easily, making it much easier for the owner to keep on top of.

Less crawling around on the floor.

💬 THE CONVERSATION #1

Customer:

“The dealership has offered me paint PROTECTION with the new car. Is that basically the same as what you do?”

Us:

“Not at all!!! What protection are they actually applying?”

Customer:

“I’m not really sure… they just said it protects the paint.”

Or the classic…

“It comes with the package.”

Us:

“And that’s the first thing we’d find out.”

Not every paint “protection” product is the same.

And more importantly, the product itself is only PART of the job.

How is the paint prepared beforehand? ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Is it properly decontaminated? ⚠️⚠️

Is the paint inspected properly under lighting? ⚠️

Are defects dealt with BEFORE the protection is applied?

What product or coating is actually being used?

Is it a proper hand applied coating or simply a spray sealant?

What longevity does it REALISTICALLY offer? ⚠️

And what aftercare comes with it? ⚠️⚠️⚠️

A dealership protection package may suit some owners perfectly.

But not necessarily at the prices some of them charge. 👀

So if you're buying a new car and somebody offers you “paint protection”, don't just ask:

“How much is it?”

Ask:

“What EXACTLY am I getting?”

Is the vehicle being prepared correctly?

Is the paint being polished CORRECTLY before protection?

What product is actually going onto my car?

How is it being applied?

And what am I actually paying for?

Because that conversation could save you money ⚠️, disappointment, or even paying twice to have the job done properly afterwards.
