I don’t really know what it is about old Jags that get me.
I think since I was a young teen and my friends dad worked at JLR and brought the new cars home, I loved the shapes, the classic lines, the interior, the noise, and the fact it’s British heritage. And it’s my growing up era of loving cars.
This is only a baby XK8, and the Mk1 has always been a car I’ve had a thing for.
This one is unfortunately from a gentleman who is no longer with us.
Look that that interior! It’s been fully retrimmed and hardly used since.
It’s done 77,000 miles, which is very low considering its age.
It will be with us next week! No idea what to do with it, but it’s cool.
