🚗 Another same-day handover at Rangebrook!

We had a customer visit us this afternoon after their car unfortunately let them down, leaving them needing something reliable for work first thing tomorrow morning.

Thankfully, we already had this stunning Mercedes-Benz A-Class on site, fully prepared, MOT’d, serviced, and ready to go. ✅

Our team moved quickly to organise the finance and make sure everything was sorted as smoothly as possible.

To help the customer out, the lads stayed behind a little later this evening so they could collect the car around 6:30pm and be back on the road ready for work tomorrow morning. 👏

Customer service is all about going the extra mile when people need it most — and we’re glad we could help get another customer back on the road the very same day.

Another fantastic deal completed today for a returning customer 👏

What makes this one even better… the car had only just arrived into stock! We hadn’t even had chance to photograph it or fully upload it online before the customer visited us this morning and secured the deal 🚗

They’d already been onto our website whilst we were closed and completed a finance pre-approval from home, meaning they travelled knowing exactly where they stood with the figures and finance options before even stepping through the door. A quick, easy process that helped get everything in place ready for today ✅

This morning we finalised the finance agreement, arranged their part exchange and they also chose to protect their new vehicle with an upgraded Warranty package for extra peace of mind.

Now it’s just getting the car prepared and ready for collection in time for their upcoming holiday over the next week or so ☀️

A huge thank you again for the repeat custom — we really do appreciate customers coming back to us time and time again 🙌
