Well i really cant believe its 11 years today I took the plunge to go self employed and started trading as Simply Retro.
Its not always plain sailing but wouldn't change a thing...
So once again im wanting to thank all my customers new and old plus all you fb followers for you continued support over the last 11 years.
Big shout out to my good mate Tim Quinn for all his help, this man gives me a good kick up the you know what when I need it...id be lost without him. Big thanks mate.
Well here's to the next year and so on....

Been working on and off this li3 over the last month or so...
Customer Paul brought me the engine to start with...it has to be the most seized solid engine I've ever worked on...
But there all (Mostly) fixable..Treated it to a full RT195/200.
Paul then asked if id build the scooter for him,Im not usually keen on these already painted builds that haven't had a nice dry build..
But I said yes and yes ive had issues of finding screws still snapped off in horncast,rear light etc
Panel work needing tweaking and banging into shape...not fun on freshly painted panels.
But its almost at the end of the build and tbh..
I think it looks pretty good considering.
And im sure ill have another satisfied customer 😎
