Jaguar F-pace in for adblue solutions.

This vehicle came to us with a low adblue light on the dash.

Even with the adblue tank filled it was already too late from running the adblue low in the tank, unfortunately it has caused damage to the system already.

So we applied our adblue solutions and no more warning lights on the dash and the customer can have hassle free motoring knowing they don't need to worry about the adblue system again.

An easy and cost effective solution then getting the system replaced that can cost £100's.

Seat ibiza 1.2 TSI

We had this vehicle in with us to have a stage 1 tune with cat safe burbles.

This vehicle came to us as a completely standard car and has no hardware changes but the owner wanted to have a bit more poke.

Stock power 110BHP 175NM
LW Tuned 130BHP 215NM
Gains +20BHP +40NM

As shown above this vehicle benefited from a 20% increase in horse power and 25% increase in torque.

So not a bad little increase for this 1.2 Litre engine.

Mercedes V250 in for a tune and solutions.

Here we have a V250 with 438,000 miles, this vehicle required adblue, DPF and EGR solutions as it had issues with the adblue system and required the DPF also to be repaired.

After all the hardware changes were carried out we did the software side of things and applied the above solutions with a stage 1 tune.

As you can see a proper tune can benefit all mileage of vehicles whether it is 20,000 miles up to 500,000 miles.

Audi A5 2.0 TDI.

This vehicle required solutions for intake swirl flap as these had previously failed and the customer had the swirl flap removal kit fitted and required removal on software.

While the customer was having the intake repaired, they found out the DPF had also had problems.

So the solutions were to remove DPF, EGR and intake swirl flaps along side a stage 1 tune.

This has completely transformed the driveability of the vehicle and driving this vehicle is a breeze.

This vehicle required a stage 1 tune with solutions applied.

The solutions applied were intake manifold runner flap and specific P codes removal.

After we did our software changes this vehicle no longer has any running issues and customer is happy that the vehicle now runs faultlessly.

So the customer opted for a stage 1 tune with solutions.

Mercedes C250 that we had previously tuned.

We did a ECU tune on this vehicle and has since came back to us for a TCU tune.

The TCU tuning benefited from the following:

Higher Gearbox Torque Limits
Faster Gear Changes
Improved Acceleration
Faster 0-60 Time
Higher Gearbox RPM Limits
Higher Gear Change RPM's
True Manual Mode

This compliments the ECU tune perfectly and makes the vehicle drives even smoother then it already did.

Mercedes C300 in for the full package.

This vehicle came to us for ECU and TCU tuning.

With this being the higher spec model this was already pretty quick from the get go but with out software changes to the ECU we smoothed out the power curve, sharper throttle response and a all round better car to drive.

We flashed our stage 1 software as they still wanted to have good fuel economy but also getting rid of the lack of response from the factory software.

This vehicle came to us for Adblue no start count down so luckily for the customer, we managed to come out same day to the customer.

We applied our stage 1 with Adblue solutions and cured the no start countdown while adding a tad more power to the car.
