Susan Edwards, a 69-year-old holidaymaker, has blasted TUI after a "nightmare" all-inclusive trip to Corfu turned sour due to a lack of "English food" and hotel entertainment.

Susan embarked on the seven-night stay at the Lido Corfu Sun Hotel on May 12 with her elderly cousins, daughter, and second cousin, but described the experience as "horrendous from the minute [they] got there."

Susan's frustrations grew when she discovered the absence of "English food" for breakfast. She lamented the limited options, saying: "On a morning you could have toast, a hard boiled egg, or something in sauce. There was no bacon. For breakfast there was mozzarella and sliced tomatoes. There was no hot bacon or sausage.

"We got chips one day. One day out of the whole lot."
