I can’t recommend First Self Drive highly enough. From start to finish, these lads went completely above and beyond for me. The level of customer service was genuinely outstanding — friendly, professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which isn’t something you can say often when dealing with vehicle hire. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Staff are helpful and made the experience of renting a car seamless and stress-free. They are very thorough with their processes and walked around the car with you to record the pre-hire condition of the car that they recorded and also sent us a copy which gave us a piece of mind. Car was modern, in great condition (inside and out) and very clean! Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed

Jonathan and his team were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. I had their lovely Toyota Aygo for 6 weeks and it was perfect for exploring Norfolk's little country lanes and villages. The price was excellent and it was on a special deal. Amazing Steve even dropped me to the bus station to make my quick bus connection to Heathrow. A big thank you to everyone at First Self Drive. Highly recommended
