best possible service at a reasonable price and to teach you to an excellent standard. We will enable you to prepare to deal with day to day driving. J D driving school wants to teach you ‘safe driving for life’ we will empower you to be confident and use your judgement skills. Your time is precious so we only focus on you and your driving; we choose not to do a previous student drop-off so we are committed to you on your lesson. We use the latest coaching/teaching techniques to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to pass. I have been a qualified driving instructor for over 30 years. I have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge which will help you learn and pass your driving test in the least amount of time possible. Over the years we have taught a wide range of clients from all walks of life, we are able to make anyone feel at ease. Balv is a brilliant teacher! He’s super experienced and genuinely cared about teaching me not just to pass my test, but to become a safe and confident driver too. I shopped around for instructors for a while before finding him and I’m glad I did!

I started my driving journey as a complete beginner, with very little confidence behind the wheel, and Balv completely transformed that. He is an incredibly patient, calm and encouraging instructor who explains things clearly and in a way that really makes sense. From the very first lessons, he helped me feel safe and supported, and step by step I went from feeling nervous to being able to drive independently and confidently.

Balv has a great way of building both your skills and your mindset, which makes a huge difference when you’re learning to drive. He’s professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his students’ progress. Everything I know about driving now, I owe to his teaching.

I couldn’t recommend Balv enough to anyone looking for a high-quality driving instructor — especially if you’re starting out and want to learn properly from the beginning. 🚗✨

Awesome Instructor - Passed 1st Time !

Balv is such an awesome instructor. He’s incredibly friendly and sets you up for not just passing your test but for driving afterwards as well. He enabled me to pass first time , I cannot recommend him enough.!

Awesome Instructor !

I could not recommend Balv enough. He is a passionate, professional and friendly driving instructor who doesn’t just teach you to the level of “newly passed” but also surpasses that so that you feel comfortable on the road as an experienced driver. Thoroughly enjoyed being taught by him and super thankful for the confidence he helped me build on the road.

Very Knowledgeable and Friendly Instructor!

Balv is a very knowledgeable and friendly instructor. He can be demanding but that is only for your benefit as you’ll be trained to a standard well beyond what is required to pass the driving test. On the day of the driving test, he reassured me and helped me keep the nerves down. I passed first time with only 1 minor . Thanks again Balv !
