🤔Things to think about when buying your next motorhome? 🤔
When you're looking for your first or next motorhome, there are plenty of things to consider. And while the perfect layout might be at the top of your list, there are a few other things worth thinking about before you make that decision.
1. Layout & berths
Does it work for the way you actually want to travel? Two fixed beds might sound perfect, but would a lounge that converts into a double suit you better?
2. Mileage
Mileage is worth considering, but it isn't the whole story. How has the motorhome been used, maintained and cared for?
3. Specification
From heating and solar panels to reversing cameras, awnings and bike racks, think about the things you'll genuinely use and the things that will make life on the road easier.
4. Condition
Look beyond the shiny exterior. The overall condition, history and care a motorhome has received can tell you a lot.
5. Price
Of course, budget matters. But the cheapest motorhome isn't necessarily the best value. Consider the whole package and what you're getting for your money.
6. What happens after you drive away?
This is one that's easy to overlook.
A motorhome is a big investment, and it needs looking after. Habitation checks, servicing, repairs and maintenance all form part of motorhome ownership, as do the accessories and extras that can make your time away even better.
At Heart of England Motorhomes, our Sales and Service teams work together under one roof. Our Service Centre looks after motorhomes across a wide range of makes and models, from habitation checks and servicing to repairs and accessory fitting.
Because choosing your next motorhome isn't just about finding the right van.
It's about knowing you've got the right people behind you once you've driven it home. ❤️
