So as many people will now know Yvonne and myself despite the best efforts back in 2019 were unable to get the business back up and running.after the fire.

Thrown off by the landlord.

Stitched up by insurance brokers errors and under writers.
We kept staff on full pay whilst trying to get set up sadly had to make them all redundant.

During 2019 I myself battling with my GP surgery March onwards to get treatment for my legs .
Suffering from severe bilateral leg cramp like spasms, ulceration to both legs.
GP surgery making them worse ended up being hospitalised in November 19 with severe maseration to the skin on both legs below my knees.
The consultant at the time actually thought I had gangrene and may have to amputate both legs below the knees
Lucky after getting out of hospital NGH Luton dermatologists took over the care of the legs and thankfully I still have both intact.

Yvonne had to undergo bilateral hip replacement surgery during the lockdown . Amazing treatment and results from the professional people at Banbury Ramsey health care centre.

Forced to sell our house and move away from Northampton we now live in Lancashire.

Purchased a property, started to renovate it .
It's not much but a humble place we will call home.

Before moving from Northampton Yvonne was having stomach issues and pain as was her sister Angie.
Extremely concerned about bowel cancer as their mother died from bowel cancer aged just 44 they both were trying to get sorted out through the GP surgery.
Yvonne could only get one telephone appointment before we moved away.
Well Yvonne and myself only here in Lancaster for three weeks and our new surgery diagnosed her as having a**l cancer, she's had to have a calostomy bag fitted, now has a hernia, had radio therapy and chemotherapy treatment last year and so far has had a second all clear from the cancer.
Medical professionals here at Highfield surgery, Blackpool teaching hospital and Preston hospital have all been nothing but absolutely fantastic.

Our storage unit was broken into and sadly Northampton police not interested in any way.
Despite bloody finger prints all over the scene.
Poor Yvonne had her massive collection of rare Disney snow globes stolen out of almost 120 we now have less than ten most of them were wedding anniversary, birthday and Xmas presents milestone markers .
Still battling with insurance companies over that issue. the cost of the losses believed to be well way over the £10 k mark.

With Yvonne getting over her cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy I'm working in a full time job at a dealership.
Two Saturdays ago (06/05) I have a massive siezuure.
End up taken to Blackpool Victoria hospital in ambulance in for over a week, living in a delusional state of mind thinking that Russia and or North Korea nuked us on the day of the kings coronation ceremony. believing that I was being held in a computer simulation post nuclear holocaust for my own safety and that of others.
An extremely frightening point of my life.
Much of the time I'm unable to even see.
It now transpires that the leg cramp like spasms were not simple night cramps as diagnosed by the GP surgery but as ambulance service paramedics in Northampton had already stated something more sinister underlying.
It now transpires that a blow to my head a few years ago that left me knocked out has infact lead to a massive siezuure bought about by a brain tumor that's been slowly growing and developing on my frontal lobe.
The neurologist team have told me it's what has been causing the severe leg spasms siezuures and vision issues first thing in the morning.
As a vehicle diagnostic technician at least I have answers to both my leg spasms siezuures and vision issues.

Sadly it's a great shame the GP surgery doctors refused to accept my thoughts as a vehicle technician that it all started when I hit my head and knocking myself out

It's also a great shame the GP surgery diagnosed Yvonne's sister Angie last year as suffering from severe anxiety and suffering hyperventilation attacks.
She arrived here last year at ours having been told about Yvonne's cancer diagnosis.
She was struggling breathing I told her I thought she had a blood clot in her lung.
Apparently that morning before setting out to us she had been to see the GP and was told hyperventilation just breathe in to a paper bag or cupped hands to help control your breathing.
Less than a week later she's back home and dead died from bilateral pulmonary embolism aka blood clots to the lungs.

Now I'm eagerly waiting for my own brain tumor operation and optermistic that it resolves my siezuures and vision issues.
I'm also hoping to get out and make a full recovery.

I still feel like we let all our customers down by not being able to get the business back up and running.for which I really am sorry for.

It's like our luck ran out with the sudden death of our lucky charm that soft fluffy white and ginger cat we called Angel, .
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger .
Currently the body isn't feeling so strong after the siezuure.

Head trauma not to be taken lightly

Desperately still trying to find a premises to set up in since the fire.
If anyone knows of any work units available it would be greatly appreciated

19/08/2019

Hi everyone, us again, we have received our insurance quote, there are a few stipulations. One of which is that we have to have a red care burglar alarm fitted, any recommendations?

Dearest friends, family, and customers. Haynes need your help please!!!
We will have to close if we can't get insurance.
Please email
[email protected] asking them to reconsider and insure Haynes Automotive

We ask kindly of your support we do not want to have to close the door permanently.

As some people are aware we were the victims of a horrible fire on the night, first of February.
Yvonne and I stood devastated unable to do anything but watch. All we could do was to notify the poor customers whose vehicles were in the fire.

We have since then been involved in a car accident a third party crashed into the back of our car while stationary at a junction.
That was in May that had made three claims in less than six months.
We have also been subjected to threats of violence and death.
Threats to burn our home down whilst we sleep at night.

We have struggled to obtain another premises as many people know.

We have a fantastic team of employees and are desperately trying to save our business and desperately trying to avoid having to make that team our nearest and dearest family redundant.
The only thing preventing us moving forward is Aviva's stance of not renewing our policy.
This has now led to all other insurance companies not even entertaining our business.
Could we please ask you to kindly put a simple one line request to said email address of CEO office of Aviva.
We had remained a loyal customer to Aviva and Trust insurance brokers at Moulton Park, for nine years
The lack of loyalty they have shown since the fire, lack of help they have given is an understatement.
The brokers ditched us after the fire.
They had created various issues of which is now in hands of the ombudsman.
We had little to no support from the loss adjuster Woodgate Clark who were supposed to be acting in our interests.
Despite not being paid out someone signed away all of our property and that of our staffs.
We are trying to find out who it was.
I have been told I signed documents to allow said disposal apparently in a meeting on the 20/03/2019.
A meeting I never attended as I'd not been advised of nor invited to.
Any help and support in request to Aviva will be greatly appreciated not just by Yvonne and myself but my staff.
We want to be here to help you, our beloved customers now and in the future.

Kind regards Adrian Haynes.

So Haynes now have a premises agreed in principle, staff and can have it kitted out in a couple of weeks all we need is insurance issues sorting out.
If we can't get insurance moving forward we will have to cease trading.
Anyone in the insurance industry or can recommend someone who is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
