TODAYโ€™S LESSON: HESITATION DONE RIGHT ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’ก
My learner approached a left-only junction with two clear No Entry signs. She slowed right down, processed what he was seeing, and then made the correct decision โ€” no panic, no rushing, no guessing.
This is exactly what I teach:
๐Ÿ‘‰ If youโ€™re unsure, slow down
๐Ÿ‘‰ Read the signs
๐Ÿ‘‰ Make the safest choice
A calm hesitation is ALWAYS better than a rushed mistake โœ”๏ธ

๐Ÿ”ฅ When everything happens at once, planning is what keeps you safe.
Watch how this learner reads the road markings early, anticipates other road users, and stays two steps ahead. โœ…
This is the difference between reactive driving and test-ready driving. Small decisions make tricky situations feel simple!
Do you plan ahead like this? ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘‡

03/12/2025

Common learner moment ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ
Turning right at a roundabout and spotting a car last-secondโ€ฆ
A bit of hesitation, a quick brake, and a funny noise ๐Ÿ˜‚ โ€” but the decision was spot on.
Stopping when something doesnโ€™t feel right is always the safer option.

Real reactions. Real mistakes. Real learning.
This is why practice matters. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Missing a turn isnโ€™t a driving test fail.
Itโ€™s actually GOOD judgement if you donโ€™t force it.
Learners worry about this far too much โ€” stay calm and carry on.

Common learner mistake: turning right on a bend ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ
She drifted into the wrong lane but a quick bit of coaching saved it ๐Ÿ˜…
Real reactions. Real mistakes. Real learning.

29/11/2025

Common learner mistake ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ
Giving way way too close to parked carsโ€ฆ then nearly stopping in the yellow box ๐Ÿ˜…

Had to step in twice โ€” once with verbal prompts and once with the dual brake.
Real driving. Real mistakes. Real learning moments.

28/11/2025

Common learner mistake: Roundabout edition ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

My learner entered the left-only lane but chose to go ahead anyway ๐Ÿ˜‚
The roundabout was clear so I let her make the decision โ€” and afterwards we broke it down properly.

Real reactions. Real teaching.
Q&A at the end to explain exactly what she should have done.

Common learner mistake ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ
UNMARKED JUNCTIONS

With no road markings, itโ€™s easy for learners to drift into the centre of the roadโ€ฆ
โ€ฆbut correct positioning still matters.

Before turning right, you MUST return to the left-hand side once itโ€™s safe โ€” even if there are parked cars or no visible lanes.

Small detail, big difference on a driving test โœ”๏ธ

26/11/2025

Big left arrow, two no-entry signsโ€ฆ but sometimes the brain still says โ€œgo straightโ€ ๐Ÿ˜…
Planning is everything on independent driving.
Which one would you have spotted first โ€” the left arrow or the no-entry signs? ๐Ÿ‘€

25/11/2025

Perfect planning = smooth, safe driving.
Love moments like this โ€” calm commentary, clear observations, and early decision-making.
This is exactly how a learner builds confidence on real roads. ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ

COMMON LEARNER MISTAKE ๐Ÿšฆ
Yellow box + poor planning nearly = instant failโ€ฆ

Approaching a green light doesnโ€™t always mean โ€œgoโ€.
You MUST make sure the space ahead is clear before crossing the line โ€” otherwise you risk stopping over the line and getting stuck in the box.

She slowed after the line and took a big riskโ€ฆ luckily the space ahead opened just in time.

Would you have stopped earlier here?
