We are a highly regarded family run business operating since 1984. We offer a wide range of services & repairs. These include servicing, dealer level diagnostics, programming, software updates, tyres, 4 wheel alignment, exhausts, brakes, suspension, air conditioning etc. to all makes and models. We have a fully equipped MOT Bay for class 4 & 7 vehicles including car, van, pick-up and motor homes u

p to 3500kg. Our focus is customer satisfaction and we have a clean, spacious waiting area with hot drink facilities, toilets and disabled access. Loan cars are available if required and all work is carried out by fully trained technicians. We also offer free, no obligation estimates!

Citroen C4 Cactus in the workshop with a TPMS system malfunction ⁉️

You might be wondering why we’ve got the driver’s door removed for a tyre pressure fault 😅

After diagnosing the issue, we traced the fault to a broken wire inside the driver’s door harness. This was affecting a sensor used by the system to help calculate tyre pressures.

Wiring repaired and the fault rectified ✅

After a full diagnostic check, we identified the fault as a defective Convenience Charging Electronics module ❌

After carrying out an assessment, we traced the fault back to the SMEG unit (infotainment system). These units are known to cause issues with screen display and functionality when they begin to fail.

No communication with diagnostic tools? No problem 💪🏼

This Peugeot Expert came in with the engine management light on and no communication through the diagnostic port.

After a full assessment, we traced the fault to a communication issue between the diagnostic port and the BSI module.

Further testing confirmed the BSI had failed and was corrupting the vehicle’s communication network.

A new BSI was fitted, fully configured, and the keys were programmed — getting everything back up and running as it should 🔧
