As some of you may be aware, we have been contesting the MRO 600 national motorcycle road race series. Why i thought this was a good idea at 59 years old, i can't remember. What i can tell you is, representing the village of north weald and all of our customers has been an honour and a privilege. The fun however, turned, as it so often does in racing, to tears when back in june i crashed out of a race at Cadwell park breaking the left collarbone into three pieces, four ribs. two lower vertebrae, 1 vertebrae in my neck and a punctured left lung. This resulted in two and a half weeks off work and a period of recuperation at work where, it is fair to say, i was not 100%. We are pleased to announce, that we have a new mechanic, Darren, who has been instrumental in getting us back on track and with our new receptionist Lianne, i feel we are back to full strength and firing on all cylinders. The new race season starts in March and we will be back going as fast as we can. So, please feel free to drop into the shop anytime and i apologize for any disruption that may have been caused by my lack of talent. Happy christmas everyone. Keep riding and stay safe.
