This Vauxhall Astra GTC came to us for a full inspection after the customer had only just purchased the vehicle. Bearing in mind the car had a fresh 12 month MOT and had covered less than 30 miles since being tested before sale… what we found was honestly shocking...

The condition of both the front and rear brakes was absolutely terrible for a vehicle that had supposedly just passed an MOT. Just take a look at the condition of these discs and pads 😳

We genuinely feel sorry for the customer, but unfortunately this is becoming more common than people think when buying used vehicles.

Another vehicle back on the road 👨‍🔧

This BMW 330d came in with multiple issues requiring attention. After carrying out a smoke test, we traced a boost leak to a faulty intake manifold caused by a leaking swirl flap actuator. We also identified an oil leak coming from the oil filter housing.

Audi A3 in with a seized rear brake caliper. Unfortunately, the brake pad had worn right down to the metal, causing damage to the brake disc.
