Core plug behind the turbo leaking nice fun job a lot to strip to get at it 😅
4 x new core plugs fitted to the block along with a couple of new gaskets and seals
Remove, refit, ran up to temperature and road tested all in the same day minimal down time 🤙🏼🚌🛠️

Crankshaft oil seal leaking on this E400 but once we took the box out found the hydro damper was extremely worn and couldn’t put it back together with out doing it, it’s been a little while wait for putting this one back together but finally back together today.
Genuine crankshaft seal fitted
New Hydro damper fitted
New shaft fitted
Found rear engine mounting was goosed so replaced that while in there
Back up and running and moving under its own steam now to prep for mot 😎🛠️
Don’t @ us for how we moved the vehicle to workshop 👀🤠

1 Volvo B12M Plaxton paragon for an injector due to heavy smoking suspected injector stuck open, a lot to remove to gain access. New injector no more smoking ✅
1 Volvo B12R johnkheere for full set of injector sleeves due to fuel in coolant system. Correct tooling used for removal and fitting. Found another water leak on this so awaited seals turning up came back refitted coolant system bled and back together ✅
All done at customers site 😎

Saturday morning special
This one was a different one… at first it was an EBS light on. To a foot brake valve leaking… customer got a new foot brake valve due to this leak, even though it had one fitted a month ago. Was told previous repairer had shaved the plunger down due to “not fitting” when new valve was being fitted 🤔 I stripped it down to find they shaved the plunger but then proceeded to fit 2 x 5mm nuts to take up gap in the valve 😅😅 new foot valve required new plunger which we are awaiting to arrive.
Scary that people are actually happy to do these repairs and let it go 😒 we are here to sort it properly first time 😎🛠️ new customer gained 🤠

No air build up on this wright bus Volvo b7r compressor had enough… this was not fun today in the heat and not having done one. Probably one of the worst compressors I’ve done on a vehicle the amount of stuff to remove just to get at it and the 1 hidden bolt on the compressor you can’t see or feel 🥵🥵 back building air up anyway 🤙🏼
