🔧 About the Role
As our Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll be involved in everything from vehicle bookings to customer drop-off and pick-up, ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer drop-off and pick-up
✔ Taking payments and retail invoicing
✔ Checking customers in and out of courtesy cars/vans
✔ Managing vehicle bookings and planning
✔ Handling face-to-face, phone and email enquiries
✔ Maintaining high standards of customer care and communication
✔ Clearly explaining technical information to customers
✔ Supporting service and parts enquiries
👤 What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly manner
✔ Strong communication and time-management skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ IT literate and confident learning new systems
✔ Basic technical knowledge and understanding of service/parts
✔ Automotive background or knowledge (desirable)
💼 Job Details
🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
📍 Type: Full-time, Permanent
💷 Salary: From £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
